At Gentle Fawn, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
